How does the 4D massage work?

Hand-shaped nodes move in a kneading motion across the back of the neck and upper shoulders. The device also includes vibration and EMS micro-current modes.

Can I adjust the heat?

Yes. It has a red-light warming function with two selectable heat levels.

Is it cordless and rechargeable?

Yes. It uses a rechargeable lithium battery, so you can enjoy the massage without staying plugged in. Battery runtime depends on the settings used.

How much does it weigh?

Approximately 760 g. The packaging measures 20 × 20 × 11 cm.

How do I wear it?

Position the device at the back of your neck and upper shoulders, adjust the straps gently and start with the lowest comfortable setting. Avoid the front and sides of your neck.

When will my order arrive?

Allow approximately 7–10 business days after dispatch for Victoria, or 9–12 business days for other Australian states and territories. Delivery dates are estimates, not guarantees.

What if there's a problem with my order?

If your item is faulty, damaged or not as described, we'll provide the remedies required under Australian Consumer Law. We don't currently offer change-of-mind returns.

Can I use it at work or while travelling?
