Delivery within Australia
We currently deliver to Australian addresses. All amounts are in Australian dollars (AUD).
Delivery charges
Standard shipping is free on orders of A$100 or more and A$11 for orders below A$100. An Express option may appear at checkout for A$15; please contact us before selecting it if you need a particular delivery date, as a faster delivery timeframe is not currently guaranteed.
Estimated timeframes
Once dispatched, the supplier's estimated delivery timeframes are approximately 7–10 working days to Victoria and 9–12 working days to NSW, SA, ACT, QLD, WA, NT and Tasmania. Weekends and public holidays are excluded. Handling time, stock availability, the carrier and the delivery destination may affect these estimates. Arrival dates cannot be guaranteed.
Tracking and delays
Where tracking is available, we will send the details with a dispatch update. If your order is delayed or the address needs correcting, contact us promptly. Address amendments might not be possible after fulfilment has begun.
